In Between

 

Today begins the in between time.

Between Christmas and New Year's Day.

Seems like this week has historically been dominated by cold weather, checking out the utility of the newly received Christmas gifts, and anticipation related to the return of school.  Suzanne has gone off to Sherwood to take a turn caring for her mom. #2 has gone off to Pennsylvania with his bride to "go somewhere", #1 is most likely at Disneyland......  and well.... you can see that I have retreated to the Island. 

Plenty of potential things to do this coming week.  Holiday Basketball Tournament with specific interest in seeing Rossford and St. Francis.  With the youngest Heck starting at point for the Knights, I am certainly curious how he is handling varsity basketball. There is also a luncheon scheduled with the Smith sisters on Wednesday in Archbold. 

A couple of rough nights sleeping has led me to be a little more tired than normal.  The itching from the war on cellulitis has been rough. Maybe tonight will be better. Let's hope so. 

The in between time.....  The in between time....  Maybe it will reveal some knowledge and insight that I haven't encountered before.   Peace.
