The second day of the twelfth month.

Here we are heading down the homestretch of 2022. It is time to pick up the tempo on any projects that need to be completed prior to 2023. It is time to begin contemplating the arrival of Janus. 

Sort of looking forward to going to the basketball game tomorrow afternoon.  The fact that it is a very unusual 2:15 p.m. JV start is a nice Christmas present for me. No worries about night driving. 

A positive for today is that Allison is coming to visit. She has had a tough week after being diagnosed with a left hip dysplasia. She wears a white velcro brace that doesn't appear to be too complicted. The doctor seems to think it was caused by being born breach. While it really rattled #2 and wife, I think they are doing well after reading and learning about the condition, it's causes, and cure.  Bottom line?  In the long run it should have little to no effect on the quality of Allison's life. 

I have begun a daily 40-60 minute regimen with the vibration board. I can visually see progress.  That is encouraging. 

The Purge has entered Round 5, and it seems as though progress is being made. How embarassing is it to have "stuff" of little to no value being stored and gathering dust from the 1980s? Short answer?  Devastating.  Purge on.....

Stay positive and do a better job stopping here on the Island.
