New Year's Eve 2024

New Year's Eve 2024.  The end of 2024 is approaching quickly.

December's last day is here.  Janus approaches.... be mindful.... A gaze both backwards and ahead arrives tomorrow. It has become yearly ritual for me. A ritual that reveals much.

It has been an odd sort of day. I have discovered that this next year will have a $200 per month increase for health insurance. Simply unnerving. I can barely catch my breath over this increase. I must be careful not to let it dominate me.

Stay as positive as possble, because the opposite side of that coin is pretty darn dark.
