Winter

 

Winter is doing its thing today in NW Ohio.  It is cold.  It is gray. It is windy.  The serious cold is supposed to arrive next Tuesday.  I am doing my best not to be anxious about it.  Mostly I am anxious about Robrock Street and the water freezing up. The air temperature below zero and wind chills in the negative 20s.  Winter.

Today I have been somewhat productive. I managed to do some dishes. I successfully resubmitted an online application for the renewal of my driver's license. I have cleaned up quite a few files on Flickr. I have listened to a sizeable amount of Ludovico Einaudi.  It is positive for me today. I look at that list of accomplishments and it is horrifying that I consider it a productive day.
